About the factory

JSC «Tulinovsky instrument engineering plant «TVES» has been successfully operating for over 70 years. The plant was founded in 1941, when the times were hard for the country and its people, but the war made us only stronger. Industrial development progressed from the military supplies in the past to high-tech equipment nowadays. Our plant withstood the crisis years in Russian economy, managed to develop and occupy its own niche on the market of precision measuring equipment.

Nowadays we design and produce high precision weight scales, medical equipment, hardware and software appliances for multi-purpose calculations and measurements. Our products are utilized in Russian and foreign companies occupied with sales and postal services, agricultural and military industry, medical and educational institutions. 

Not only that, our products are also in high demand among companies and institutions working with children and adolescents. Recently our company designed and produced a brand-new diagnostical complex “Healthy child” in the scope of state federal support program “Children of Russia”. This complex is widely used in medical, health-care and educational institutions, providing quick and reliable medical diagnostics for children. 

We constantly increase the number of products we offer, update and upgrade already existing models. This approach presents our customers with modern advanced measurement equipment from local manufacturer in Russia. Application of technological innovations and continuous research and development process allows us to successfully compete with imported metrology products and recently – LED technologies. 

One of the technologies recently mastered by JSC “TVES” is LED technology. Our plant has a complete production line for the manufacturing of this reliable and powerful source of light — from R&D department and product design to manufacture and assembly of high-tech solutions. It is the development of innovative, reliable and eco-friendly, yet affordable, LED lights that our company – JSC “TVES” – sees as its major goal for the future.  

Introduction and assimilation of LED technology for the common everyday needs can help us in a number of ways. For example, it will improve working environment and increase labour efficiency, or create better conditions for studies, or reduce electric energy consumption both in households and industrial facilities, or eliminate any health concerns by replacing compact fluorescent light bulbs (with traces of mercury) with absolutely safe LED lights. 

Production facilities and the central office of JSC “TVES” company are located in Tambov region, Tulinovka village.

We have built a large dealer network across Russia and member states of CIS, with presence in every major city and most of larger towns. This business strategy gives our products, including modern LED lights, access to Russian and foreign markets.
