Complaint letter (act) with request to remove malfunction
This act form should be filled in (please, pay attention to the mandatory fields). Once the complaint letter is finished:
First copy should be sent to: servis@tves.com.ru.
The second copy should be printed out and the paper copy placed inside the box with the product which is not functioning.
